The New Canon G3 has increased focal length to 4x
(140mm) but requires an additional lens mount because the lens does not have
filter threads and extends from the camera body when in telephoto mode.
The lens mount Canon part No. LA-DC58B should be
available where you purchased the camera. This adapter front diameter lens size
is 58mm.
It can also be purchased for $23.95 at the B&H
Photo Video Web site. I suggest you insert their part No. CALADC58B into the

For the Standard LE-Adapter (SKU 11000)
Application you will need to purchase a 58mm to 52mm Step Down Ring (SKU 15852).

For the 2Plus LE-Adapter (SKU 11020) Application
you will need to purchase a 58mm to 52mm step down ring (SKU 15852) and a 52mm
to 37mm step down ring (SKU 15237). Both of these rings can be purchased on our
Product Page.
